Welcoming

At the Welcome Table during Coffee & Donuts and in phone calls to new parishioners, we offer a friendly welcome to newcomers, answer their questions, and encourage their involvement in the spiritual, educational, charitable, and social life of the parish. In addition to the Information Packets given to all new and prospective parishioners, we soon plan to offer group orientation sessions.

Telephone greeters can spend an hour or two a month in the evenings making welcome calls to newly registered parishioners. Helpers at the Welcome Table serve during Coffee & Donuts after either the 9:00 or 10:30 Masses for a half hour answering questions about the parish and registering new parishioners.

We are looking for assistance developing a PowerPoint presentation and tour of the parish campus for new group orientation sessions.
