Parish Facilities Request

Your facility requests are entered on the calendar twice a week, usually on Tuesday and Friday.  The confirmation letter goes to the chair of the committee or head of the organization.

Facility requests should be in agreement with the Facilities Utilization Policy.  Meeting room capacities can be seen here.

As an alternative to an online submission, you can also save and print out the Facility Request Form (.pdf document) and mail to the parish address:
